About Us – The Story Behind C3D

What started with a single idea in a driveway has grown into C3D — a small, proudly Australian business making custom 3D printed automotive solutions.

It all began when Isaac reached out to Logan with a simple request:

"Can you help me make a gauge holder for my XR5?"

We pulled the vents out of Isaac’s XR5 and started trialling ideas. After a few prototypes (and a lot of back-and-forth), we finally landed on a design that fit perfectly, looked OEM, and actually worked. It wasn’t long before other XR5 owners saw it and asked, "Can I get one too?"

That’s when it clicked.

With Logan’s skills on the printer and Isaac’s passion for cars and clean installs, we teamed up to start C3D — a workshop dedicated to making purpose-built 3D printed parts for car enthusiasts who want clean, practical mods without cutting corners.

What We Do

At C3D, we design, test, and manufacture:

We’re not a faceless parts supplier — we’re two mates building stuff we’d actually use in our own cars. Whether you're trying to keep your cabin clean or want better visibility on your gauges, we've probably had the same issue... and made a solution for it.
